Deed of Adherence definition

Deed of Adherence means a deed of adherence substantially in the form set out in schedule 9;
Deed of Adherence means a deed in the form set out in Schedule 3;
Deed of Adherence means a deed of adherence to this Agreement in substantially the form set out in Schedule 1;

Examples of Deed of Adherence in a sentence

  • This Deed of Adherence shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and the parties hereto agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Courts.

More Definitions of Deed of Adherence

Deed of Adherence means a deed by which a new Shareholder agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, substantially in the form set out in Schedule 8 (Deed of Adherence);
