Deed of Covenant definition

Deed of Covenant means a deed of covenant collateral to a mortgage on a Ship to be executed in favour of the Security Trustee by the Owner of the relevant Ship in such form as the Lenders may approve or require and, in the plural means all of them;
Deed of Covenant means the Deed of Covenant, dated on or about the date of this Agreement, executed by the Issuer in respect of Global Notes issued under the Agency Agreement.
Deed of Covenant means, in relation to each Ship which is registered on the Cayman Islands flag, a deed of covenant collateral to the Mortgage on that Ship to be executed in favour of the Security Trustee by the Owner of the relevant Ship in such form as the Lenders may approve or require and, in the plural means all of them;

Deed of Covenant means, in relation to a Ship, if required by the laws of the Approved Flag of that Ship, a deed of covenant collateral to the Mortgage over that Ship and creating Security over that Ship in agreed form.
