Examples of Deed of Covenant in a sentence
A duly executed original of the Collateral Ship Mortgage and, if applicable, Deed of Covenant in respect of the Collateral Ship and of each document to be delivered under or pursuant thereto together with documentary evidence that the Collateral Ship Mortgage in respect of such Collateral Ship has been duly registered as a valid first preferred or priority ship mortgage, as the case may be, in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of its Approved Jurisdiction.
