Deed of Settlement definition

Deed of Settlement and "deed" means Ruruku Whakatupua, the deed of settlement between Whanganui Iwi and the Crown in relation to the settlement of the historical Treaty of Waitangi claims of Whanganui Iwi relating to the Whanganui River comprising:
Deed of Settlement means the deed dated 31 July 2005 between representatives of Ngāti Mutunga and the Crown recording the settlement of the Ngāti Mutunga Claims;
Deed of Settlement means the deed that will be entered into between representatives of the Iwi and Hapū of Te Rohe o Te Wairoa and the Crown recording the settlement of the claims of the Iwi and Hapū of Te Rohe o Te Wairoa;
