Executive must make a valid election by executing and filing with the Human Resources Committee a Deferred Compensation Election Form stating the amount of the Deferable Compensation to be credited to the Executive's Deferred Compensation Account and Stock Account, respectively.
As soon as possible after the Committee determines that an Employee has become an Eligible Employee, the Committee shall deliver a written notice to such Employee informing him that he is eligible to become a Participant in this Plan and that he will become a Participant in this Plan upon his execution and delivery to the Committee of a Deferred Compensation Election Form.
