Deferred Compensation Election Form definition

Deferred Compensation Election Form means the form pursuant to which Eligible Executives elect to become Participants in the Plan and defer compensation thereunder, in such form as the Committee determines from time to time in its sole discretion.
Deferred Compensation Election Form means the standardized election form that each Participant must execute in accordance with ARTICLE IV in order to participate in the Plan, an example of which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT # 1.
Deferred Compensation Election Form means a written agreement between a Participant and the Company whereby the Participant agrees to defer a portion of his Compensation and the Company agrees to make benefit payments all in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Plan. The Deferred Compensation Election Form may take the form of an electronic communication followed by appropriate written confirmation as determined by the Administrator.

Deferred Compensation Election Form means the form which Participants use to defer Salary and/or Bonus and to elect distribution options.

The Election Form shall also specify whether payment is to be made in a single lump sum amount or in periodic payments over not more than ten (10) years.
Deferred Compensation Election Form means a document(s) or form(s), as is made available from time to time by the Administrator, whereby an Eligible Employee enrolls as a Participant and elects to defer Compensation pursuant to Article IV of this Plan.
