  • Upon the occurrence of a Termination Event, the Company's obligation to pay Contract Adjustment Payments (including any accrued or Deferred Contract Adjustment Payments) shall cease.

Related to Deferred Contract Adjustment Payments

  • Contract Adjustment Payments means the payments payable by the Company on the Special Payment Date or the Payment Dates in respect of each Purchase Contract, at a rate per year of [•]% of the Stated Amount per Purchase Contract.

In determining payments under this subsection, the formula found in this subsection shall prevail over the one found in KRS 212.434;
