Deferred Stock Units definition
Deferred Stock Units means the number of hypothetical Shares subject to an Election.
Deferred Stock Units means Awards that are granted to Directors and are subject to the additional provisions set out in Subpart A which is attached hereto and which forms a material part hereof;
