Deferred Transaction Costs definition

Deferred Transaction Costs means the aggregate amount of the fees, costs and expenses incurred by the Company in connection with the Contemplated Transactions which are subject to the Reimbursement Amount.
Deferred Transaction Costs means collectively deferred fees payable to (i) Cokers Capital Advisors LLC in an amount not to exceed $335 000 and (ii) HealthCap Partners LLC in an amount not to exceed $300 000. "Denied Receivable" means any Receivable to which any related representations or warranties (including without limitation the Eligibility Criteria) have been discovered at any time to have been breached.
