Deferred Unit Plan definition

Deferred Unit Plan means Chartwell’s deferred unit plan established in 2008, as amended from time to time. “Deferred Units” means a right to receive a Unit under an award made pursuant to the Deferred Unit Plan.
Deferred Unit Plan means the incentive deferred unit plan adopted by the Trustees; and
Deferred Unit Plan. ’ means the deferred unit plan of the REIT to be adopted by the REIT at Closing. ‘‘Deferred Units’’ means deferred units issued pursuant to the Deferred Unit Plan.

Deferred Unit Plan means the deferred unit plan of the Trust, as amended from time to time.
