The Trust shall not issue any Certificate that would cause the aggregate nominal principal amount of all Certificates (including any Certificates that are issued on or after the Closing Date as Definitive Certificates) to exceed $100,000, or 100,000 units.
Upon the issuance of any such Definitive Certificates, the Owner Trustee, the Certificate Registrar, the Certificate Paying Agent and the Indenture Trustee shall recognize such Holders of the Definitive Certificates, as reflected on the Certificate Register, as the applicable Certificateholders.
