Examples of Definitive Warrants in a sentence
The Company will keep or cause to be kept at one of its offices, books for the registration and transfer of any Definitive Certificates issued hereunder and the Warrant Agent shall not have any obligation to keep books and records with respect to any Definitive Warrants.
In the event the Company shall purchase or otherwise acquire Definitive Warrants, the same shall thereupon be delivered to the Warrant Agent for cancellation.
At such time as all beneficial interests in a Global Warrant have been exchanged for Definitive Warrants, redeemed, repurchased or canceled, such Global Warrant shall be returned to the Depositary for cancellation or retained and canceled by the Warrant Agent.
Except as provided in Section 2.04 or 2.05, owners of beneficial interests in Global Warrants will not be entitled to receive physical delivery of Definitive Warrants.
The Warrant Agent shall deliver such Definitive Warrants to the Persons in whose names such Warrants are so registered.
