Delaware LP Act definition

Delaware LP Act means the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act.
Delaware LP Act has the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
Delaware LP Act shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.02.

Delaware LP Act has the meaning as set forth in the Recitals of this Agreement.
Delaware LP Act means the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act, 6 Del C. Section 17-101, et seq., as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time, and any successor to such statute.
Delaware LP Act means the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act, Delaware Code Annotated, Title 6, §§ 17-101 et seq., as may be amended, modified, recodified or supplemented from time to time.
Delaware LP Act means the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act as in effect on the date of this Agreement and as amended, restated or replaced from time to time thereafter.
Delaware LP Act means the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act. “Disclosure Schedules” means the disclosure schedules to this Agreement.
