Delaware Trustee definition

Delaware Trustee means, with respect to the Trust, the Person identified as the “Delaware Trustee” in the Trust Agreement, solely in its capacity as Delaware Trustee of the Trust under the Trust Agreement and not in its individual capacity, or its successor in interest in such capacity, or any successor Delaware Trustee appointed as therein provided.
Delaware Trustee means BNY Mellon Trust of Delaware, as Delaware Trustee under the Trust Agreement.
Delaware Trustee has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

Examples of Delaware Trustee in a sentence

  • The Depositor hereby appoints the Delaware Trustee as a trustee of the Issuer effective as of the date hereof, for the sole purpose of satisfying Section 3807(a) of the Statutory Trust Statute, and the Delaware Trustee hereby accepts such appointment.
