Delayed Delivery Fee definition

Delayed Delivery Fee shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(8)(iii).

  • The Delayed Delivery Fee described in clause (B) above shall be paid in the currency in which the Accepted Notes are denominated.

Delayed Delivery Fee shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(9)(iii).
