Delayed Draw Amount definition

Delayed Draw Amount means with respect to each Delayed Draw Lender, the amount set forth opposite such Delayed Draw Lender’s name on Annex I under the caption “Delayed Draw Commitment”, as the same may be (i) reduced by the amount of any reductions of the Delayed Draw Commitments pursuant to Sections 2.01(b), 2.01(c) and 2.07(b) or (ii) reduced or increased from time to time by the amount of reductions or increases in the Delayed Draw Commitments pursuant to assignments thereof by or to any Delayed Draw Lender pursuant to Section 12.04(b).
Delayed Draw Amount means the net proceeds of additional notes issued by the Lender and purchased by MBIA Inc. after the Closing Date pursuant to the Subordinated Facility, up to $50,000,000 in the aggregate.

  • In addition, at the written request and in the sole discretion of the Borrower (subject to Section 5.31) from time to time after the Closing Date, the Lender shall make one or more additional loans (which will constitute Tranche B Loans) to the Borrower in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed the Delayed Draw Amount (each, a “Delayed Draw Loan”).

Delayed Draw Amount means the aggregate principal amount of up to $565,000,000 of Term A-1 Loans.
