Deliverable Material definition

Deliverable Material means the work product required to be delivered to the County by the Facility Scope of Work.
Deliverable Material means any Software and/or Documentation which is created or developed by Agilyx:
Deliverable Material means all documents, reports, studies, surveys, computer programs, warranties, manuals, submittals, licenses and other documents and materials required to be delivered by the Design-Builder to the Owner pursuant to this Design-Build Agreement, including the Design Documents.

  • Contractor, including its employees, agents, and subcontractors, may not use any Deliverable Material for purposes unrelated to Contractor’s work on behalf of the City without prior written consent of City.

  • Manager, including its employees, agents, and subcontractors, may not use any Deliverable Material for purposes unrelated to Manager’s work on behalf of the City without prior written consent of City.

  • Consultant, including its employees, agents, and subconsultants, may not use any Deliverable Material for purposes unrelated to Consultant’s work on behalf of the Authority without prior written consent of Authority.

  • The Owner shall have the right from and after the Contract Date to use (or permit use of) all such Deliverable Material, all oral information received by the Owner in connection with the Design-Build Work, and all ideas or methods represented by such Deliverable Material, without additional compensation.

  • Deliverable Material provided to the Owner shall be the property of the Owner, and the Owner shall have the right to use, reuse, reproduce, publish, display, broadcast and distribute the Deliverable Material and to prepare derivative and additional documents or works based on the Deliverable Material without further compensation to the Design-Builder or any other party.

Deliverable Material means the work product required to be delivered to the City by applicable Scope of Work.
Deliverable Material means all documents, reports, studies, surveys, computer programs, warranties, manuals, submittals, licenses and other documents and materials required to be delivered by the DBOM Contractor to the BWS pursuant to this Service Agreement, including the Design Documents.
Deliverable Material means all documents, reports, studies, design drawings, plans, estimates, surveys, computer programs, warranties, manuals, submittals, licenses and other documents and materials required to be delivered by the Project Company to RIPTA pursuant to this Agreement, including the Project Kick-Off & Visioning submittal package, Initial Due Diligence & Conceptual Options submittal package, Basis of Design Report or “BODR” submittal package, 30% submittal package, 60% submittal package, the Definitive Project submittal, the Technical Specifications, the Definitive Project Submittal, the Technical Deliverable Material, the Infrastructure Facility Operations Plan and the plan of finance, each as described in Appendix 1 (Scope of Basic Services).
Deliverable Material means all documents, reports, studies, surveys, computer programs, warranties, manuals, submittals, licenses and other documents and materials required to be delivered by the Company to the County pursuant to this Contract.
Deliverable Material means all or any part of any plan, drawing, design, specification, shop drawing, sample, report, software, study, survey, parts, lists, papers, or data, regardless of medium, required by the Schedules or otherwise by this Design-Build Contract to be prepared by or for the Company for delivery to the City as part of the Design- Build Work.
Deliverable Material has the meaning specified in Section 10.10.
Deliverable Material means the Preliminary Services Deliverable Material and the Project Implementation Work Deliverable Material.
