Delivery Date(s) definition

Delivery Date(s) means the date or dates requested for delivery of Products as set forth in any Order.
Delivery Date(s) means that date or dates upon which the Equipment is to be delivered to City, ready for approval, testing and/or use as specified in Exhibit “B.”
