Collateral File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a file containing each of the Collateral Documents.
Collateral Records means books, records, ledger cards, files, correspondence, customer lists, blueprints, technical specifications, manuals, computer software, computer printouts, tapes, disks and related data processing software and similar items that at any time evidence or contain information relating to any of the Collateral or are otherwise necessary or helpful in the collection thereof or realization thereupon.
Request regarding a list of collateral means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a list of what the debtor believes to be the collateral securing an obligation and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.
Mortgage File The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01 pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.
Trustee Mortgage Files With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage Documents to be retained in the custody and possession of the Trustee or the Custodian on behalf of the Trustee pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.
Loan Files means the documents specified in Section 2.1 of the Sale Agreement.
Credit File means all Credit Documents and all other credit, collateral, or insurance documents in the possession or custody of the Assuming Institution, or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, relating to an Asset or a Loan included in a Put Notice, or copies of any thereof.
Servicer Mortgage File All documents pertaining to a Mortgage Loan not required to be included in the Trustee Mortgage File and held by the Master Servicer or the related Servicer or any Sub-Servicer.
CMSA Collateral Summary File means the report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Collateral Summary File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Supplemental Collateral Agent has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 9.1B.
Custodial File Any mortgage loan document in the Mortgage File that is required to be delivered to the Trustee or Custodian pursuant to Section 2.01(b) of this Agreement.
Trustee Mortgage File The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01 hereof pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to the Trustee Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.
Collateral State means the state or states where the Collateral is located, which is California.
Loan File means, with respect to each Loan delivered to the Custodian, each of the Loan Documents identified on the related Loan Checklist.
Original Collateral Sale Date means 8 December 2020.
Perfection Certificates is defined in Section 5.1.
CREFC® Collateral Summary File The data file in the “CREFC® Collateral Summary File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Additional Collateral Mortgage Loan Each Mortgage Loan identified as such in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
Additional Collateral Any of the following held, in addition to the related Mortgaged Property, as security for a Mortgage Loan: (i) all money, securities, security entitlements, accounts, general intangibles, payment rights, instruments, documents, deposit accounts, certificates of deposit, commodities contracts and other investment property and other property of whatever kind or description now existing or hereafter acquired which is pledged as security for the repayment of such Mortgage Loan, (ii) third-party guarantees, and (A) all money, securities, security entitlements, accounts, general intangibles, payment rights, instruments, documents, deposit accounts, certificates of deposit, commodities contracts and other investment property and other property of whatever kind or description now existing or hereafter acquired which is pledged as collateral for such guarantee or (B) any mortgaged property securing the performance of such guarantee, or (iii) such other collateral as may be set forth in the Series Supplement.
UCC Filing Collateral means any Collateral, including Collateral constituting investment property, for which a security interest can be perfected by filing a UCC-1 financing statement.
Collateral has the meaning specified in the Granting Clause of this Indenture.
Collateral Custodian means U.S. Bank National Association, solely in its capacity as collateral custodian, together with its successors and permitted assigns in such capacity.
Additional Collateral Documents as defined in the Base Intercreditor Agreement.
CREFC® Special Servicer Property File format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
First Priority Collateral means all assets, whether now owned or hereafter acquired by the Borrower or any other Loan Party, in which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted to any First Priority Secured Party as security for any First Priority Obligation.
Collection Records means all manually prepared or computer generated records relating to collection efforts or payment histories with respect to the Receivables.
