Delivery Period Termination Date. Means the earlier of (a) March 31, 2000, or, if the Equipment Notes relating to all of the New Aircraft (or Substitute Aircraft in lieu thereof) have not been purchased by the Applicable Trust and the Other Trusts on or prior to such date due to any reason beyond the control of the Company and not occasioned by the Company's fault or negligence, September 30, 2000 (PROVIDED that, if a labor strike occurs at Boeing on or prior to either or both of such dates referred to in this clause (a), such date or dates on or following the commencement of such strike shall be extended by adding thereto the number of days that such strike continued in effect), and (b) the date on which Equipment Notes issued with respect to all of the New Aircraft (or Substitute Aircraft in lieu thereof) have been purchased by the Applicable Trust and the Other Trusts in accordance with the NPA.
