Delivery Port definition

Delivery Port has the meaning given in Article 1, Clause 1.1(i)(e);
Delivery Port means a port at which the seller delivers or arranges for the delivery of Marine Fuel under a Contract.
Delivery Port means the port or place at which Goods are delivered under a Commitment.
