Delivery Terms definition

Delivery Terms as defined in Section 10.1;

Delivery Terms means the period(s) set forth in the Confirmation for a particular Transaction for the respective Default Service designations, beginning at the top of the HE 01:00 EPT on the Commencement Date (set forth in the applicable Confirmation) and continuing through and including the end of HE 24:00 EPT on the Conclusion Date).

Examples of Delivery Terms in a sentence

• UNDP shall, on fulfillment of the Delivery Terms, unless otherwise provided in this Purchase Order, make payment within 30 days of receipt of the Supplier's invoice for the goods and copies of the shipping documents specified in this Purchase Order.

• Delivery Date to be understood as the time the goods have to be available at the location indicated under Delivery Terms.

• Delivery Date to be understood as the time the contract work is completed at the location indicated under Delivery Terms.

• Each of the following terms has the meaning given to such term on Schedule I attached hereto: Authorized Representative, Contract Number, Delivery Date, Delivery Location, Delivery Terms, Donor Terms, Goods, Packing Requirements, Pricing, and Specifications.

More Definitions of Delivery Terms

Delivery Terms shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 11.1 below;

Delivery Terms means the delivery instructions specified in the Purchase Order and as otherwise notified to the Supplier by the Company.

Delivery Terms means the Incoterms agreed in the contract, any amended or supplemented Incoterms in their amended or supplemented form, or, where no Incoterms have been agreed, any other individually agreed delivery terms.

Delivery Terms means, in respect of each Product, the Default Delivery Terms or such other delivery terms as are set out with respect to such Product in Exhibit 1 (Products) or as the Parties may otherwise agree from time to time, and “Deliver”, “Delivery” and “Delivered” shall be construed accordingly as applicable.

Delivery Terms means the INCOTERMS specified in the relevant Quote or (if none has been prepared) it shall be Delivered Duty Paid DDP for any Delivery Address within the United Kingdom, or Ex Works EXW if the Delivery Address is outside the United Kingdom, each as defined in INCOTERMS 2020.
