Examples of Demand for Arbitration in a sentence
To commence arbitration, submit a Commercial Arbitration Rules Demand for Arbitration form to the AAA.
If there is no resolution of the dispute within thirty (30) days of the Dispute Notice, then either Party may refer the matter to arbitration under subclause 15.2. The arbitration will not be deemed to have commenced until one of the Parties is duly served with a Demand for Arbitration as provided under subclause 15.2.
If your claim for damages does not exceed $10,000, Company will pay all fees imposed by the AAA to conduct the arbitration, including reimbursement of your initial filing fee, unless the arbitrator finds that either the substance of your claim or the relief sought in your Demand for Arbitration was frivolous or was brought for an improper purpose (as measured by the standards set forth in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b)).
Arbitration may be initiated using JAMS’ Demand for Arbitration form (the “Demand”), and submitting a copy of it to JAMS.
A Demand for Arbitration shall be filed and served within a reasonable time after the occurrence of the claim, dispute or other disagreement giving rise to the Demand for Arbitration, but in no event shall a Demand for Arbitration be filed or served after the date when the institution of legal or equitable proceedings based upon such claim, dispute or other disagreement would be barred by the applicable statute of limitations.
