Demand for Payment definition

Demand for Payment means a demand for payment issued by the Trustee of the Readiness Fund to Donor Participants or the Trustee of the Carbon Fund to Carbon Fund Participants requesting payment of part or all of the Contribution;
Demand for Payment means a written notice to Masonite by a Dissenting Shareholder demanding payment of the fair value of its Common Shares in compliance with the Dissent Procedures.

More Definitions of Demand for Payment

Demand for Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(a).
Demand for Payment means a written notice of a Dissenting Shareholder containing his, her or its name and address, the number of Dissenting Shares and a demand for payment of the fair value of such Common Shares, submitted to the Company.
