Dental Benefits definition

Dental Benefits means those dental procedures or services which are listed in this booklet subject to the exclusions, terms and conditions contained in this booklet.
Dental Benefits means benefits paid for those dental procedures or services covered under this group dental plan and subject to the exclusions, terms, conditions and provisions contained herein.

More Definitions of Dental Benefits

Dental Benefits. The City shall continue to pay 100 % of the employee and eligible dependent’s dental coverage. Once a covered dependent is no longer eligible because of age limitations in the policies or deceased, said coverage shall cease. Dependent is defined as spouse or child who meets the criteria set forth by the medical insurance provider.
Dental Benefits. Effective for the academic year 2022-2023, PhD Student Employees on appointment may enroll themselves and eligible dependents in the Emblem Preferred Dental Plan or an equivalent dental plan.
