Departing Bank definition

Departing Bank means each Existing Bank that executes and delivers to the Administrative Agent a signature page to this Amendment on which it is indicated that such Existing Bank is a “Departing Bank”; and
Departing Bank means each “Bank” under the Existing Credit Agreement that does not have a Commitment hereunder and is identified on the Departing Bank Schedule hereto.
Departing Bank means each bank under the Existing Credit Agreement that executes and delivers to the Agent a Departing Bank Signature Page.
