Deposit Account Collateral definition

Deposit Account Collateral means that part of the Common Collateral (if any) comprised of or contained in Deposit Accounts or Securities Accounts.
Deposit Account Collateral means all the Deposit Accounts into which Rents or Proceeds are deposited at any time from the commencement of the Loan term through the satisfaction of all of the Obligations.
Deposit Account Collateral shall have the meaning provided in Section 12.5(a) hereof.
