Deposit Bank definition

Deposit Bank means any of the banks holding one or more Deposit Accounts.

Deposit Bank means the bank or banks selected by Lender to maintain the Deposit Account. Lender may in its reasonable discretion change the Deposit Bank from time to time.

Deposit Bank has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

Deposit Bank means Bank of China Hong Kong Branch at Ground Floor, Wu Chung House, 213 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong (“Bank of China”) or The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Hopewell Centre Branch at Shop 2A, 2nd Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong (“HSBC”);
