The Bank shall include in its records with respect to the assets of the Fund appropriate notation as to the amount of each such deposit, the banking institution with which such deposit is made (the "Deposit Bank"), and shall retain such forms of advice or receipt evidencing the deposit, if any, as may be forwarded to the Bank by the Deposit Bank.
The Deposit Bank will exclusively control the Pledged Deposit Account, including the management of any funds deposited after the effective date of this Agreement, without further consent by you.
The identity of the Deposit Bank will be provided only if you request this information.
By obtaining this Account, you agree to open a deposit account at the Deposit Bank to hold your Deposit Funds, which are funds used to secure the obligations to us that you incur in connection with your Account.
