Deposit Limits. We reserve the right to limit the frequency and dollar amount of deposits you make using Mobile RDC and will establish deposit limits for you when you enroll in Mobile RDC. If you exceed these deposit limits we may, in our sole discretion, accept or refuse to accept the deposit. If we do accept a deposit that exceeds your deposit limits we will have no obligation to do so in the future. We reserve the right to raise or lower your deposit limits at any time and any such changes shall be effective immediately upon our notification to you.
Deposit Limits. The Bank reserves the right to establish and assign to you deposit limits for the Service (including limits on the dollar amount and/or number of Checks that you may transmit through the Service each business day) and to modify such limits from time to time in the Bank’s sole discretion, and you agree to comply with all such limits. Deposit Limits. Level One Bank has established limits on the number of checks or the total amount of checks deposited using Mobile Deposit. These limits may change from time to time without notice to the account holder. Mobile deposits are limited to a maximum of $5,000 per item and a maximum of 1 item per deposit. Deposit Limits. When using the Service to deposit funds, such deposits are limited to the Financial Institution's defined deposit segments and associated limits. Receipt of Items. You reserve the right to reject any item transmitted through this Service, at your discretion. You are not liable for items you do not receive or for images that are not transmitted completely. An image is considered received when I receive a confirmation screen after submitting my Mobile Check Deposit. However, such notification does not mean that the transmission was without error. Once an item is reviewed and approved, my account will be credited at the end of the business day.

Hardware and Software Requirements: In order to use Mobile Deposit, you must obtain and maintain at your expense, compatible hardware and software acceptable to us. User Security: You agree to take every precaution to ensure the safety, security and integrity of your Account and transactions when using Mobile Deposit. You agree not to leave your Capture Device unattended while logged onto Mobile Deposit and to log off immediately at the completion of each access by you. Security of Capture Device and Information: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Capture Device and Access Information, as well as for preventing unauthorized access to information associated with your Account. Liability for Unauthorized Access: You are responsible for all Images transmitted using your Access Information. If you permit any other person to use your Capture Device or Access Information, you are responsible for any Image such person transmits, and any transaction such person authorizes or conducts through Mobile Deposit. Any Images received by us through Mobile Deposit using your Access Information will be deemed to be authorized by you. Notify us at once if you believe anyone has used your Access Information or accessed Mobile Deposit without your authorization. Account Ownership/Accurate Information: You represent that you are the legal owner of financial information that may be accessed or transmitted through Mobile Deposit. You represent and agree that all information you provide to us in connection with Mobile Deposit is accurate, current and complete, and that you have the right to provide such information to us. User Conduct: You agree not to use Mobile Deposit or the content or information delivered through Mobile Deposit in any way that would: (a) infringe any third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of privacy, including any rights in the software;
Deposit Limits. All items deposited via the Service are subject to Bank review and/or approval. The deposit limits set forth for personal customers is 10 items per month totaling $2500.00 per day and $5,000.00 per month. The deposit limit for business customers is customized and is based on the needs of the business customer. Change in Terms: This Agreement is subject to change from time to time. Provisional Credit and Availability of Funds: Credit given for the item is provisional and subject to final approval of the item. Funds you deposit may be delayed for a longer period of time, when we have reasonable cause to believe the check is uncollectable. We will notify you if we delay your ability to withdraw funds, because we believe the check is uncollectable and we will tell you when funds will be available. You agree to receive all notifications Errors or Discrepancies: Notify MVFCU at (000)000-0000 IMMEDIATELY of any errors, omissions, or interruptions in, or delay or unavailability of, the Services as promptly as practicable, and in any event within one business day after the earliest of discovery thereof, or the date discovery should have occurred through the exercise of reasonable care, and, in the case of any error, within fourteen (14) days of the date of the earliest notice to you which reflects the error. Your failure to notify the Credit Union of any error, omission, or other discrepancy within seven (7) days from the date of a loss shall relieve the Credit Union of any liability for such error, omission, or discrepancy.
