Deposited Assets means, in respect of any Series, any Assets relating to that Series which have been delivered to the Custodian on the Issuer’s behalf or credited to the Issuer’s Custody Account including (i) any Eligible Credit Support transferred to the Issuer pursuant to the CSA relating to that Series (if any) which has been delivered to the Custodian on the Issuer’s behalf or credited to the Issuer’s Custody Account from time to time and (ii) Deposited Cash.

Examples of Deposited Assets in a sentence

• The Trust may not engage in any business or activities other than in connection with, or relating to, the holding, protecting and preserving of the Deposited Assets and the issuance of the Certificates and the Call Rights, and other than those required or authorized by the Trust Agreement or incidental and necessary to accomplish such activities.

• The registered Holder hereof, by its acceptance hereof, agrees that it will look solely to the Deposited Assets (to the extent of its rights therein) for interest distributions hereunder.

More Definitions of Deposited Assets

Deposited Assets. With respect to any Series, the asset or assets Granted as part of the Trust for such Series or acquired (or, in the case of an agreement, entered into) by the Trustee for the benefit of the Holders of such Series and, if and to the extent provided in the applicable Series Supplement, for the benefit of any Credit Support Provider, all as identified in the Deposited Assets Schedule to the related Series Supplement. The Deposited Assets for any such Series or the related Trust shall not constitute Deposited Assets for any other Series or any other Trust.

Deposited Assets means, together, the Enhanced Bonds and the Enhanced Custodial Receipts deposited and pooled pursuant to the Series Certificate Agreement.
