Depositor Representative definition

Depositor Representative is the person(s) so designated on Schedule C hereto or any other person designated in a writing signed by Depositor and delivered to Escrow Agent and the Recipient Representative in accordance with the notice provisions of this Escrow Agreement, to act as its representative under this Escrow Agreement.

Depositor Representative means the person so designated on Schedule C hereto from DLJ Mortgage Capital, Inc., or any other persons designated in a writing signed by the Depositor and delivered to the Escrow Agent in accordance with the notice provisions of this Agreement, to act as the representative of the Depositor under this Agreement.

Depositor Representative means those individuals authorized to act for CLF Management Corp., the manager of the Depositor as set forth in a list of Authorized Officers delivered by CLF Management Corp. to the Eligible Lender Trustee, as such list may be amended from time to time by CLF Management Corp.
