Derivative Amount definition

Derivative Amount. The amounts distributable pursuant to Sections 4.1(a)(vi) and Sections 4.1(a)(vii), as applicable.
Derivative Amount means the aggregate gain or loss, expressed as either a positive or negative number, based on the fair value on a xxxx-to-market basis of all Derivative Instruments of any Person, all as determined by reference to the average of rates or quotes by two of the banks set forth in Schedule 1.1(G).
Derivative Amount means the sum of (a) any amounts paid at or around the Closing by the Company under any Derivative Agreement in respect of the settlement and/or termination thereof and (b) $1,018,536.46.
