Derived Data definition

Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;
Derived Data means all data that the DSTA has developed from the Company Data through a process in conjunction with additional third party data and professional experience. For the avoidance of doubt, Derived Data shall not include any data from which the Single Market Specialist or Primary Dealer or any of its clients can be identified or that can be reverse- engineered so as to show that it is originating or directly derived from Company Data.
Derived Data means any data which is derived from the Customer’s use of the Services or the processing of Customer Data, which shall include: (i) any data which is processed and stored as mathematical constructs; (ii) statistical or aggregated data; and (iii) any other analytical data such as number and duration of user sessions and page visits, and technical performance reports on the Services.

Examples of Derived Data in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement or otherwise, Tierra may, in accordance with Applicable Privacy Laws, use Derived Data, in the pursuit of its legitimate commercial interests, including for industry analysis, benchmarking, research, analytics, product development, product improvement and marketing and in collaboration with research institutions and universities.

  • Tierra hereby grants to Customer a limited, non- exclusive license to use and copy the Processed Data, Derived Data, and Content solely for Customer’s internal business purposes in connection with the use of the Service.

  • As between Tierra and Customer, all right, title and interest in the Processed Data, Derived Data, Content and Service Usage Data, including all Intellectual Property Rights therein, belong to and are retained solely by Tierra.

Derived Data means any data derived from use or analysis of the Dataset in the course of the Research and any collections of data, datasets and databases housing the foregoing and any database rights in or relating thereto;

Derived Data means data, information, or knowledge created from the dissemination and analysis of data shared under this Agreement, whether or not in combination with data already in the Data Recipient’s possession. Derived Data is included in the definition of Covered Data. The parties must treat and protect Derived Data as Covered Data.
Derived Data means any data created by Above Surveying in the course of providing the Services, including any data derived by Above Surveying from data provided by Client or uploaded to an Online Tool.
Derived Data means data created by the Client, in connection with the Client’s use of the Data as permitted under the terms of any applicable Order Form, as a result of combining, processing, changing, converting or calculating the Data or any portion thereof with other data where the resultant data (i) does not bear resemblance to the underlying Data; (ii) cannot be readily reverse engineered, disassembled or decompiled such that a third-party may access the Data via the Derived Data; (iii) cannot be used in a manner which could be a source of, or a substitute for Data provided by the Supplier or its Affiliates; (iv) cannot be used in whole or in part in a manner which competes with the Supplier or its Affiliates; or (v) cannot be used for constructing, creating or calculating the value of any index or indexed products.
