Description of Notes definition

Description of Notes means the “Description of the Notes” section of the Final Offering Memorandum.
Description of Notes means the description of notes section of the Company’s prospectus supplement, dated December 2, 2015, relating to the offering of the Initial Notes.
Description of Notes means the section titled “Description of the Notes” in the Offering Memorandum, dated October 10, 2014, related to the issuance and sale of the Initial Notes.
