Design Code definition

Design Code means the Zululami Estate design code, as amended from time to time, a copy of which is available upon request from the Association;
Design Code means a set of building design criteria to be followed when the Applicants submit a Reserved Matters Application or Detailed Planning Application for each plot. The Design Code document is included as Appendix 1 in this document

Design Code means a set of illustrated design rules and requirements which instruct and advise on the physical development of buildings and associated space at the Airport that the Airport may propose to erect under permitted development rights in accordance with the General Permitted Development Order.
