Design Documentation definition

Design Documentation means all:
Design Documentation means all design documentation (whether in paper form or data file form or any other form) created by the Contractor in preparing its Tender and/or performing its obligations under this Contract, including any scripts, configurations or protocols created by the Contractor, from time to time, for commissioning, profiling or configuring the System, any item of Hardware, Software or other media used in connection with the System,
Design Documentation means such plans, drawings, specifications and other design documentation (including design standards, design or durability reports, models, samples and calculations) in computer readable and written formats prepared by or on behalf of Contractor for the purposes of the performance of the TTMS Work or any component thereof in accordance with this Agreement (including the Technical Requirements).

Examples of Design Documentation in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Owner shall have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Design Documentation, Digital Engineering, and other deliverables solely for purposes directly related to the Project.

  • EPCM shall retain all right, title, and interest in and to any writings or works of authorship, including, without limitation, the Design Documentation, Digital Engineering, and other deliverables produced or authored by EPCM in the performance of the Services under this Agreement, including all associated copyrights and intellectual property rights.

  • Owner shall have a limited, royalty-free, paid-up, irrevocable, and transferable (to a successor of Owner as a result of a sale of the Project or any change in control or ownership of Owner) license to use the Pre-Existing EPCM Intellectual Property in the Services and any Design Documentation, Digital Engineering, or other deliverables required under this Agreement.

  • EPCM warrants that its performance of the Services, including the preparation of the Design Documentation, Digital Engineering, and other deliverables required under this Agreement, will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third parties.


More Definitions of Design Documentation

Design Documentation means all schematics and test, assembly and package documentation relating to the Product, including all design, specification and assembly documentation and data files for Materials, which is necessary for the production, manufacture, qualification, testing and delivery of the Product to be attached as Exhibit A.
Design Documentation means preliminary and detailed design drawings, diagrams, details, documents, specifications, samples, models or information (including calculations, logic or sequence overview diagrams and functional design specifications for computer software) and all amendments and revisions thereto prepared by the Developer in connection with the design of the Toll Road;

Design Documentation means all documentation, specifications, manuals, user guides, promotional material, internal notes and memos, technical documentation, drawings, flow charts, diagrams, source language statements, demo disks, benchmark test results, and other written materials related to, associated with or used or produced in the development, maintenance or marketing of Sellers Software Programs.
Design Documentation means any documentation, specifications, manuals, user guides, promotional material, internal notes and memos, technical documentation, drawings, flow charts, diagrams, source language statements, demo disks, benchmark test results, and other written materials related to, associated with or used or produced in the development of any of the software products of the MDL Companies;
Design Documentation means all design documentation (including design standards, design reports, durability reports, construction descriptions, specifications, models, samples, prototypes, calculations, drawings, digital records, computer software and all other relevant data) in computer readable and written forms, or stored by any other means required by this Contract or necessary to be produced by the Contractor to design and construct the Works and the Temporary Works and documentation (including certificates and check lists) to evidence that the design documentation complies with the requirements of this Contract, and includes the Initial Design Documents.
Design Documentation means all design documentation (including drawings, specifications, models, samples and calculations) in computer readable and human readable form necessary for the Contractor to complete all or any part of the Facility; Design Requirements means, in respect of the Facility and subject to clause 25.2(a), the requirements for the design of the Facility as set out in this Agreement, including without limitation the following documents:
