Design Guidelines definition

Design Guidelines means the Fernkloof Estate architectural design guidelines to control all aspects of design and landscaping of any development within the Fernkloof Estate dev elopment, as amended from time to t ime in terms of the constitution of the MPOA or as required by the Council , a copy of the current draft which i s av ailable for inspection at the offices of the Association;
Design Guidelines means such rules and guidelines with respect to the physical appearance/ aesthetic and functionality of the outlets as provided in Schedule L of Appendix-II and as maybe amended by the authority from time to time.

More Definitions of Design Guidelines

Design Guidelines means the TAH Design Guidelines, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
