Designated Contacts definition

Designated Contacts has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01.
Designated Contacts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(a).
Designated Contacts means the individual(s) within Customer’s organization assigned in accordance with Section 2.2 of this Annex C.

Examples of Designated Contacts in a sentence

  • Vendor shall schedule a meeting with Designated Contact(s) for review and clarifications of the Position Request.

  • Only Designated Contacts are entitled to submit Support Requests to the Managed Service Provider in accordance with this Exhibit E.

  • The Designated Contacts are required to establish and maintain processes within Customer’s organization to provide first tier support for the Cloud Services, which includes: (a) a direct response to user inquiries concerning the performance, functionality, and operation of the Cloud Services; and (b) an attempt to diagnose and resolve problems or issues with the Cloud Services.

  • After confirming receipt of the Position Request, it is Vendor’s responsibility to request additional information or clarification from Citizens regarding the Open Position or Position Request details, including scheduling a meeting with Designated Contact(s) as needed.

  • The Designated Contacts shall be persons properly trained in the operation and Use of the Software.


More Definitions of Designated Contacts

Designated Contacts means the individuals designated by Client and agreed to by SANS who are authorized to contact SANS’ client maintenance staff and who will coordinate all of Client’s Error submissions and maintenance requests.
Designated Contacts means Customer named contacts, engineering resource individuals, who are established person-specific email addresses in the User Center account associated with the Customer Support contract. It is expected that these contacts will be Check Point Certified Professionals.
