Designated Court definition

Designated Court means a Designated Court constituted by the appropriate Government under section 8;
Designated Court means a Designated Court constituted under section 6;
Designated Court means a court designated under section 46;

  • Each party (a) consents to jurisdiction in the Designated Courts, (b) waives any objection to venue in either Designated Court, and (c) waives any objection that either Designated Court is an inconvenient forum.
