Examples of Designated Court in a sentence
Each party agrees that any final judgment against it from which it has not or may not appeal or further appeal in any suit, action or proceeding brought in a Designated Court of competent subject matter jurisdiction may, so far as permitted under law, be enforced in the courts of any jurisdiction of which such party is subject by a suit upon such judgment.
Each of the Parties irrevocably and unconditionally waives any objection to the laying of venue of any dispute, action, suit or proceeding arising out of this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby in the Designated Courts, and hereby further irrevocably and unconditionally waives and agrees not to plead or claim in any such Designated Court that any such dispute, action, suit or proceeding brought in any such Court has been brought in an inconvenient forum or venue.
Designated Court Access for RFPA allows RFPA to determine play protocol depending on who shows up and the level of play.
Each Party hereto also hereby irrevocably consents and agrees, for the benefit of each other Party, that any legal Action against it shall brought in any Designated Court, and hereby irrevocably accepts and submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of each such Designated Court with respect to any such Action.
