Examples of Designated Number in a sentence
In the event that the Executive is subjected to a Qualifying Termination within two years after a Change of Control, the Company shall pay the Executive within 30 days after the effective date of his Qualifying Termination (his "Termination Date") a cash amount equal to his Base Amount times the number designated in Section 5.9 of this Agreement (the "Designated Number").
For purposes of this Agreement, the Designated Number shall be two (2.0).
If the number of Shares properly tendered prior to the Expiration Date and not withdrawn is less than or equal to the Designated Number (or such greater number of Shares as a Fund may elect to purchase pursuant to its Offer), the Fund will, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of its Offer, purchase at NAV all Shares so tendered.
Each Fund will, upon the terms and subject to the conditions herein purchase up to the Designated Number of its issued and outstanding Shares which are tendered and not withdrawn prior to the Expiration Date, unless it determines to accept none of them.
Subject to these restrictions, You shall have the right to make the Designated Number of Copies of the Software for the Licensee Purposes.
