The Custodian may request and shall be entitled to rely in good faith upon the direction, order, instruction or other communication from the Lender believed by the Custodian to be genuine and to have been signed or otherwise presented by a Designated Officer of the Lender.
If no successor is so appointed and approved by the end of such thirty (30) day period, the Custodian shall deliver all Mortgage Asset Files to the Lender at the address set forth in Section 17 hereto unless otherwise instructed by a Designated Officer of Lender.
