Designated Products definition

Designated Products means products provided by Motorola to Licensee with which or for which the Software and Documentation is licensed for use.

Designated Products means an oral product for human use that includes SNAC and Vitamin B12 (in any and all dosages and forms), any Related Products, and/or any line extension of any of the foregoing.

Designated Products means the brands of wine or spirits

Examples of Designated Products in a sentence

• All intellectual property developed, originated, or prepared by Motorola in connection with providing the Software, Designated Products, Documentation or related services, remains vested exclusively in Motorola, and Licensee will not have any shared development or other intellectual property rights.

• Motorola does not warrant that Licensee’s use of the Software or the Designated Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely free of Security Vulnerabilities, or that the Software or the Designated Products will meet Licensee’s particular requirements.

• This field indicates the use of EPA Designated Products pursuant to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Section 6002, and Executive Order 13101 which requires the purchase of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) designated products with a required minimum recovered material content as described in an agency's Affirmative Procurement Program (APP).
