Designated Provinces definition

Designated Provinces means collectively, the Provinces of British Columbia and Alberta;
Designated Provinces means the provinces of Canada in which Purchasers are resident;
Designated Provinces means the provinces and territories of Canada in which the holders of units of the Fund are resident;

More Definitions of Designated Provinces

Designated Provinces means British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and Quebec and such other provinces that may be designated by the Corporation and Agent prior to the Closing Date;
