Designated Recycling Facility definition

Designated Recycling Facility means a materials recovery facility designated by the Village as a facility to which Recyclable Materials are transported for processing.

Designated Recycling Facility means the location, including any Recycling Transfer Station, designated by CRRA from time to time to which the Municipality will deliver or cause to be delivered during the Term, Acceptable Recyclables.

More Definitions of Designated Recycling Facility

Designated Recycling Facility means a materials recovery facility designated by the Village as a facility to which Recyclable Materials are transported by the Contractor for processing.

Designated Recycling Facility means a facility that AGG designates or approves of in writing, after sufficient time for AGG's inspection and auditing, as the primary facility or alternate facility authorized to recycle, reclaim or recover Waste Material. A Designated Recycling Facility shall fail to qualify as such if it fails to be, at any time, in compliance with all Applicable Laws and has been and is in compliance with all required permits, licenses, certificates or approvals required Contractor shall note the Designated Recycling Facilities for each Business Unit after Contractor receives approval in writing from AGG’s Authorized Representative. The parties acknowledge that AGG shall have the right to revoke and withdraw its approval of a Designated Recycling Facility upon Effective Date 12/1/2020 notice to Contractor if, in AGG’s reasonable judgment, the Designated Recycling Facility is not in compliance with all Applicable Laws or otherwise fails to conduct its operations in accordance with industry standards. In the event that AGG elects to so revoke and withdraw its approval of a Designated Recycling Facility, the parties shall use their best efforts to identify a mutually agreeable alternate Designated Recycling Facility.

Designated Recycling Facility means the Recovered Materials Processing Facility designated in the Plan of Operations included in the Inter-local Agreement between Broward County and the CITY, as long as the CITY remains a part of the Inter-local Agreement. If the CITY elects to withdraw from the Inter-local Agreement, the CITY reserves the right to designate an alternative Designated Recycling Facility.

Designated Recycling Facility means the facility to which Recyclables received at the Transfer Stations are delivered for processing and marketing. Disposal Component means the portion of the billing fee set by Okaloosa County Ordinance No. 00‐08, and any amendments thereto, for tipping fee, landfill costs, and Solid Waste management costs.
