Contractor acknowledges that SWALCO has in effect a rebate program whereby SWALCO receives certain funds from the Designated Recycling Facility, and distributes a portion of these funds to its members, including the City, and Contractor waives any claim to any portion of the funds collected by SWALCO through this program.
