In addition, the Master Servicer hereby acknowledges that, to the extent the Master Servicer or any Designated Servicer has previously serviced some or all of the Designated Mortgage Loans pursuant to another servicing agreement, the provisions contained in the related Designated Servicing Agreement shall supersede the provisions contained in such other servicing agreement from and after the Closing Date.
