Designated Staff definition

Designated Staff means the staff person who is designated by the building principal to administer prescription or nonprescription medication.
Designated Staff means a case manager or other child welfare professional designated by the community-based care lead agency or its contracted service provider assigned to work with youth and young adults in transition to handle all matters pursuant to Extended Foster Care.
