DESKTOP SERVICES definition

DESKTOP SERVICES are that portion of the Baseline Services described as Desktop Services in Schedule B.
DESKTOP SERVICES means the Services described in Section 4.5 of Schedule 4.3-Operational Services.

DESKTOP SERVICES means any gWorks desktop-based applications and related support services that the Client has licensed to by Ordering Document or that gWorks may otherwise make available to the Client, and developed, furnished, and maintained by gWorks.
DESKTOP SERVICES. PROPOSAL Full a▇▇▇ss to Northern Trust's on-line customized reporting system, Global Investor Passport(R), will be made available at no additional fee. Training is included in the above charge assuming that training is done in one location. MATERIAL CHANGES AND TERMS OF PROPOSAL The fees set forth above are contingent upon the information provided and assume that actual experience will not be materially different from projected activity. Fees will be directly debited from the Client's account four (4) weeks following the issuance of fee notification at month end for charges related to the previous month. The debit will be performed in the Client's chosen currency as mutually agreed in advance with Northern Trust. In the event of a disputed invoice, the Client should contact their relationship manager within three (3) weeks following the issuance of fee notification so that the fee charge can be adjusted before the direct debit takes place. If an error is discovered after the direct debit, and appropriate adjustment will be made to the fee in the following month. ACCEPTANCE OF SCHEDULE
DESKTOP SERVICES. Full access to Northern Trust's on-line customized reporting system, Passport, will be made available free of charge. A one-time charge of $5,000 applies for the licensing and installation of the Passport software. Training on the software is included in the above charge assuming that training is done in one location. Any telecommunication charges incurred by Northern in supporting Passport would be passed through at cost where applicable. PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS SERVICES (PAS) AND FEE SCHEDULE: Northern Trust is the largest bank provider of comprehensive performance measurement. By providing accurate, timely and incisive data our performance analytics service can help optimize your funds' returns.
DESKTOP SERVICES means the services described in Article 6 of Exhibit A.
