Detailing Plan definition

Detailing Plan means the document included within the Promotion Plan, prepared by the Marketing Committee and approved by the Management Steering Committee, describing the responsibilities of both Parties with respect to PCP Detailing. The Detailing Plan shall be approved in final form by the Management Steering Committee within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date based on the initial draft of the Detailing Plan executed by the Parties on or about the Effective Date. The Detailing Plan may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

Detailing Plan means the written plan included as part of the Co-Promotion Plan that describes the specific objectives and obligations of the Parties with respect to Detailing of the Product to the Target Healthcare Professionals. The Detailing Plan shall be consistent with this Agreement and may include such items as (i) identification and prioritization of Target Healthcare Professionals by deciles, (ii) allocation of Target Healthcare Professionals between the Bayer and Onyx sales forces, including by geographic territory, (iii) reach and frequency requirements for the Target Healthcare Professionals during each calendar quarter covered by the Detailing Plan, (iv) sample requirements, if applicable, by deciles, and (v) Product tactics, selling message and strategies therefor.

Examples of Detailing Plan in a sentence

  • A final draft of the Promotion Plan for Year 1 will be approved by the Management Steering Committee within 30 days of the Effective Date based on the initial draft of the Detailing Plan to be agreed by the Parties in writing on or about the Effective Date.
