Examples of Determination Notice in a sentence
A Determination Notice shall contain particulars of the relevant circumstances giving rise to its issue.
In order to initiate the appeal process, a party must submit the appeal, in writing, to the Lead Title IX Coordinator no later than fifteen (15) business days following receipt of the Determination Notice.
If such notice is given, then the outstanding principal amount of the LIBOR Advances shall be converted to Base Rate Advances effective from the date of the Rate Determination Notice; provided that the Applicable Liquidity Rate in respect of such Base Rate Advances shall be increased by one percent (1.00%).
