Examples of Determined by an Expert in a sentence

  • In the event of a dispute with respect to any such calculation, the adjusted Exercise Price and the adjusted number of Warrant Shares resulting from such event shall be Determined by an Expert.

  • Expert is defined in Section 7.9 of this Agreement.
