Developed Property definition

Developed Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property for which Building Permits were issued on or before May 1 of the prior Fiscal Year, provided that such Assessor's Parcels were created on or before January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year and that each such Assessor's Parcel is associated with a Lot, as determined reasonably by the Board.
Developed Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property for which a Building Permit was issued on or before May 1 of the prior Fiscal Year, provided that such Assessor's Parcels are associated with a Final Subdivision Map recorded on or before January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year and that each such Assessor's Parcel is associated with a Lot, as determined reasonably by the Board.

Examples of Developed Property in a sentence

  • In some instances an Assessor’s Parcel of Developed Property may contain more than one Land Use Class.

  • The first step states that the special tax shall be levied against each parcel of Developed Property at 100 percent of the assigned special tax.

More Definitions of Developed Property

Developed Property means, in any Fiscal Year, all Parcels of Taxable Property that are not Taxable Owners Association Property or Taxable Public Property for which a Building Permit for new construction was issued prior to June 30 of the preceding Fiscal Year.
Developed Property means any SuiteApps, Customizations, plug-ins, software, technologies, inventions, or other subject matter made, conceived or reduced to practice by Developer in whole or in part using SuiteCloud Technologies or SuiteCloud IDE, and all intellectual property rights therein.
Developed Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property for which building permit(s) were issued on or before May 1 of the prior Fiscal Year, provided that such Assessor's Parcels were created on or before January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year, as determined reasonably by the Administrator.
Developed Property means, for each Fiscal Year, all Taxable Property, exclusive of Other Taxable Property, (i) for which a Building Permit was issued prior to March 1 of the prior Fiscal Year, and (ii) that is located within a Final Map that was recorded as of January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year.
Developed Property means real property which has been altered from its natural state by the creation or addition of impervious areas, by the addition of any buildings, structures, pavement or other improvements.
Developed Property means all Parcels of Taxable Property: (i) that are included in a Final Map that was recorded prior to January 1st preceding the Fiscal Year in which the Special Tax is being levied, and (ii) for which a Building Permit for new construction has been issued prior to April 1st preceding the Fiscal Year in which the Special Tax is being levied.
Developed Property means all Taxable Property for which the Pasco County property appraiser designated a property use code for each Lot that indicates developed residential property, as reasonably determined by the CDD, or a Lot which has legal entitlements created by a recorded Plat Map and whose physical characteristics are a fine grade level pad with infrastructure contiguous to each individual lot, asphalt paved roads, and the necessary utilities.
