Developer Tools definition

Developer Tools means the development components, developer tools, deployment tools and other documents and materials that we make available from time to time for the development, testing, operating or maintaining of applications that interoperate with the Services.
Developer Tools are Adobe Services and Adobe Software.
Developer Tools means software development kits (SDKs), APIs, software libraries, code samples, and other resources.

  • You retain title to your Customer Extensions, subject to Splunk’s ownership in our Offerings and any materials and technology provided by Splunk in connection with the Splunk Developer Tools.

More Definitions of Developer Tools

Developer Tools means all items and associated materials licensed to you by us for development of or inclusion in the Developer Software that may be made available by us. Developer Tools include, without limitation, (A) all software development kit (“SDK”) files, tools, programs, and utilities; (B) any plug-ins or other application programming interfaces (“APIs”); (C) API Keys; (D) header or JAR files; (E) sample images, sounds, or similar assets; (F) Sample Code; (G) any related documentation, technical specifications, notes, and explanatory materials; and (H) any modifications, updates, upgrades, or copies of any of the foregoing items. “Developer Tools” include “Prerelease Developer Tools” except where expressly indicated. “Developer Tools” are Adobe Services and Adobe Software.
Developer Tools means all application programming interfaces (“APIs”), software development kits (“SDKs”), routines, data structures, object classes, variables, protocols, software code and other similar information and materials made available by NantHealth or any of its Subsidiaries to any developers, integrators or other partners, now and in the future, which can be utilized for integrating, accessing or otherwise interfacing with the NantHealth Solutions and the Content.

Developer Tools means all design tools developed and/or utilized by Developer in performing the Services, including without limitation pre-existing and newly developed software including source code, web authoring tools, type fonts, and application tools, together with any other software, or other inventions whether or not patentable, and general non-copyrightable concepts such as website design, architecture, layout, navigational and functional elements.
Developer Tools means the tools and toolkits accessible via ConnectWise Developer Network, including but not limited to the Sample Test Programs, SDK’s and APIs.
Developer Tools means any and all tools used by Contractor as part of the process of creating the Deliverables and any such tools embedded or to be embedded in the Deliverables or which are necessary to install, use, support, create, revise, complete, modify or enhance the Deliverables, including without limitation, methodologies, tools, knowledge, data, configuration data, specifications, listings, printouts, documentation, documents, notes, flow charts and programming techniques commonly employed by programmers. Notwithstanding any contrary terms or provisions above, the Agency shall not transfer any rights or license to the Contractor’s proprietary processes without expressly restricting such third party’s use of the Contractor processes solely and strictly for Agency purposes with the further restriction that any such transfer or license shall clearly and expressly disclose that such processes are the proprietary property of the Contractor and shall not be reproduced, copied, or used for any other purpose.
Developer Tools or “DevTools” means any software intended for use by developers to create (i) software for (a) redistribution, or (b) interfacing two or more of the following: Software, Cloud Applications, E/C; or (ii) specific customizations for which the Developer Tool is intended and designed. Developer Tools are subject to Developer Tools Schedules.
